Refund & Cancellation Policy

At 148 Coaching, I aim to be fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less notice may still be charged.
If I need to cancel, I will always offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

 

Refunds

If you booked within the last 14 days, you have a legal right to cancel unless the session has already taken place.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method and are normally processed within 7 working days.
